Proud Dad Moment, Nathan’s First Message

This past Sunday evening was a special day for me and my church family. My son, Nathan, spoke for the first time at church. I would like to say that I helped him with sermon prep, but I did not. I trusted that the Lord would guide him better than I could. My only advice to him was to demonstrate a clear understanding of the gospel. All I knew heading into that service was that he was planning to speak from Mark 5 on the demoniac at Gadara. I had no idea what to expect as far as his delivery style. Based on what I know about him, I did expect an expository exegesis of whatever text he presented. And, I was right. Take a listen to this high school senior as he speaks on “From Dead to Dedicated” from Mark 5.
