Is the Modern Practice of Praying in Tongues Biblical?

In part one of this series, we looked at the modern experience of speaking in tongues in comparison to the Biblical definition. Today, we continue that in investigating the practice of praying in tongues. Ephesians 6:18 and Jude 20 both mention praying in the Spirit, but not tongues as a prayer language. That leaves us with only two passages that discuss praying in tongues: Romans 8:26 and 1 Corinthians 14:13-17.
