Have you ever compared Jeremiah 31:32 and Hebrews 8:9? You should. You should also know how to deal with these two verses. It’s not a minor thing. In fact, I have heard pastors and teachers say that this issue is often too controversial to even bring up to their people for fear that people cannot handle it. That is the exact reason why we must bring it up and why we must address it. Because if I don’t teach my people about this issue and how to understand it, rest assured that there are people to our left and right who will use these passages to exploit the ignorance of Christians. And I have seen seasoned Christians get stumped hard on this one. I have seen mature Christians sincerely struggle with their understanding of God’s word and the preservation of the scriptures when they are shown what I am going to show you. The purpose of this video is not to hurt. It is to help. My intentions are to bring this very real issue to your attention and then gently explain why this issue exists and why you it should not shake your faith in God’s word.
