Are We Made in the Image of God? How Andrew Sluder’s Ruckmanite KJV Onlyism Fuels Bad Theology

Two Sundays ago, I preached on the Importance of a Pro-Life Ethic as part of my Why Theology Matters series that I have been doing at Sophia since the start of 2025. No sooner did I preach this message that someone sent me Andrew Sluder’s message on Predestination from March 6 of this year. I’ll link to that video in the description below. The video was sent to me because I had just finished an 8-part series on What is Calvinism on this channel. If you haven’t seen those videos, I encourage you to go and watch them, even if you aren’t a Calvinist. In fact, I recommend that playlist even more to those who are not Calvinists. But as I was listening to Sluder’s unscholarly and unbiblical explanation of predestination, I came across this nugget that you absolutely need to hear where he adamantly teaches that we are not made in the image of God; only Adam was.
